For Online Order Returns:
1. Contact us via the phone or email (please have your order number handy).
2. Complete the Warranty or Exchange/Refund form.
3. Customer service will then issue a RA number (return authorisation number) and shipping address.
4. Pack all items securely in a carton (or reuse the original packaging). Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
5. Post the product with proof of purchase and completed return authorisation form to the address we provide.
